Facilities

Plas Dolerw provides a base for voluntary organisations and community groups in the Mid Wales area.

The first floor bedrooms have become offices for registered charities, and the ground floor, which is fully disabled accessible throughout, contains further offices.  The following rooms are available for hire:

Conference room:
• seating up to 60 people theatre style
• 24 people boardroom style
• 36 people informal style
• The conference room is equipped with a hearing-loop system

Meeting room:
• seating up to 20 people theatre style
• 16 people boardroom style

Interview room:
• useful for meetings of 2 to 3 people

Equipment for use in meetings, training courses, seminars etc includes:
Flipcharts, powerpoint projectors, laptops, projector screens and free WIFI.
The meeting room is now fitted with a Smartboard, an interactive whiteboard particularly useful for training courses of up to 16 people. 

No additional charge is made for the use of equipment provided by Plas Dolerw.

Catering can be provided; further details are available on request.

Staff are on-site and the meeting facilities are available from 9am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Limited on-site parking is available, but there is a large local authority car-park approximately 200 metres from Plas Dolerw.

Parking for blue-badge holders is available immediately outside the building.
